30 to 16 days prior: 30% of package price
15 to 7 days prior: 60% of package price
6 days prior: 75% of package price
5 to 0 days prior: 100% of the package price

No-show or cancellation after the start of the tour: 100%

In the case that the customer does not pay the tour fee by the date designated by the Company, the customer shall be deemed to have cancelled the contract on the day following such date. In such case, the customer shall pay to the Company a penalty equivalent to the cancellation fee set forth in the preceding paragraph.
