Vintage Sake Tasting and Blending Experience with a Vintage Sake Collector

While most sake is consumed fresh, there is actually a very small percentage of vintage sake known as koshu in Japanese. Vintage sake collector at Koshunoya has collected rare vintage sake from breweries across the country. The visitors will enjoy tasting, pairing, and blending experiences of vintage sake while learning its history and background that is less known by most of the Japanese people. Create your own original vintage sake blend, which makes the most unique souvenir from Japan.
